Organizing The Craft Cupboard

My kids love to draw, and create their own one of a kind crafts, they are definitely collectors, so every few months the craft cupboards needs to be cleaned out.  When you can't shut the doors or the top drawer, you know its time to re-organize! :) So that's what I decided to tackle while Maiya was taking her afternoon nap today.

 You wouldn't believe what they had stuffed into there.  I found magnets for the fridge, old written on pieces of paper, about 5 boxes worth of  loose crayons, necklaces, a few plastic rings, and a bunch of other little trinkets they had collected along the way. Here are our before pictures.

It only took me about an hour to empty the cupboard out, throw out a ton of stuff, put a ton more stuff where it belongs, and neatly put everything back in.  I wonder how long they will keep it this way?? :)  Here is what it looks like now.

Yay!! All the draws easily shut!   Very helpful when you have a mischievous little 1 year old
crawling around.

This makes me feel much better.  I hope it stays this way for longer than a couple days!
